Deleting GPES Tasks
As some GPES stage 1 and 2 notification tasks cannot be completed, there is now a facility to delete GPES tasks to enable you to remove them from the To-do list of all those that are in your practice GPES group.
To delete a GPES task:
- From Daybook, initially attempt to complete a GPES task in the same way as you complete any Daybook task.Remember - A completed task displays as Completed in the History.
- If when you attempt to complete a GPES task you are presented with the following message The GPES Notification details are no longer available, please delete the task:
- Right click on the task and select Delete to remove it from the To-do list of all those that are in your practice GPES group.
- The This task will be permanently deleted. Are you sure? message displays.
- Select Yes to delete the task.
Important- If you delete a task there is no Audit trail.
